Bee Pollen
Pollen is a rich natural concentrate and is an excellent source of essential amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, plant hormones and micronutrients. Bee pollen has toning and bio stimulating effects on the organism. It has a number of proven healing features: it regulates the activity of the digestive organs, stimulates peristalsis, improves liver function, regulates blood pressure. Bee pollen is used when physically and mentally exhausted, in geriatric weakness, atherosclerosis, colitis, ulcers, prostatic hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, anemia and others.
Usage: 100 g pollen is mixed with 1 kg. of honey. Prophylactic dose - for adults - 1 tablespoon dissolved in water 1 hour before or 3 hours after meals; for children 1 teaspoon before meals. External usage: water and alcoholic extracts of pollen are used for treatment of eczema, festering and surgical wounds. The duration should be between 1 to 3 months depending on the disease. Contraindications for usage are: pollen allergy and severe renal parenchyma.
